The Assemblies of God Credit Union collects non-public
personal information about you from the following sources:
Information we receive or obtain when verifying information
you provide on applications or other forms.
Information about your transactions with us or others.
Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
Assemblies of God Credit Union is committed to providing
financial products and services to meet your needs
and reach your financial goals. We are equally committed
to protecting our members' privacy. You can be confident
that your financial privacy is a priority of AGCU.
We are required by law to give you this privacy notice
to explain how we collect, use and safeguard your personal
financial information. We do not provide personal information
about you to outside sources. Our employees are trained
in the importance of maintaining confidentiality and
member privacy. Keep your information with us current.
If we detect fraudulent or unauthorized activity or
use of an account, we will attempt to contact you immediately.
Information Collected and Stored Automatically
For site security purposes and to ensure that this service
remains available to all users, AGCU employs software
programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized
attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise
cause damage.
For site management, information is collected for statistical
purposes. Computer software programs are used to create
summary statistics, which are used to assess what information
is of most and least interest, determining technical
design specifications, and identifying system performance
or problem areas. No personal information, such as your
name or address, is collected or used for this analysis.
We collect no information which would identify you personally.
We automatically collect and store only the following
information about your visit:
- The Internet domain (for example, "company.com" if
you use a private Internet access account or "university.edu" if
you connect from a university's domain) and IP address
(an IP address is a number that is automatically
assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing
the Web) from which you access our web site
- The date and time you access our site
- The pages you visit and the result of the request,
such as an image or query
- Other status codes and values resulting from the
Web server responding to the request received: HTTP
status code, Operating System Code, number of bytes
sent, number of bytes received, duration (in seconds)
to fulfill the request, server port number addressed,
and protocol version.
When logging on to Home Banking, AGCU does not store
any information on your computer. Only records of confirmed
transfers are stored on the servers to ensure transfers
are complete. Confidential information transmitted to
or from your computer (i.e. account information or passwords)
over the internet is transmitted via a Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) to ensure your privacy.
